Adjaruli Khachapuri is a cheese pie made with few different cheeses in a shape of a cheese boat. It's topped with an egg yolk to give it more creamy texture. Pairs well with most Amber wines as well as reds. Quite possibly the best cheese pie you ever had!

Our party of four totally enjoyed this dish. It was a cold, blustery day and the warm food and excellent wine made for a memorable day.
