Shipping Policies and Disclaimers:

• Wine is shipped consumer-to-consumer. Title to the wine passes from the winery to the consumer in California and the consumer engages Amador Wine Shipping to act on their behalf to deliver the wine where they wish. We collect California + Amador County Sales Tax on each wine sale, currently 7.75% 
• Orders received before 12PM PST M-Th will ship that day, otherwise orders will be shipped the next business day
• Our wines are not shipped to AL*, IL, MS, ND, NH, NY, UT, VA, WI - *we can ship to consumers in Alabama in care of their local ABC store
• Hot weather warning: During hot weather season wine shipments could be delayed by shipping company
